Description
What is ZMAX? Very short it’s Rick’s (and Strom’s) version of a ZMA. It contains 4 high quality ingredients (one of which is the trademarked OptiZinc) in good doses.
As with any ZMA product it’s recommended to take before bed, you can take 1-2 capsules depending on your preference. Ideally you can stack it with our popular SupportMax Neuro.
Formula: (per 2 capsule serving)
Magnesium Threonate – 800mg
Magnesium Bisglycinate – 400mg
OptiZinc – 170mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) – 8mg
We use a vegetable capsule for our ZMAX which means it’s suitable for both vegans and vegetarians.
