DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. The beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Our formula contains 144 mg DHA and 216 mg EPA per capsule! Daily two capsules provide the required quantity of ingredients.
