KNOCKOUT1 is our carefully curated sleep aid designed to promote relaxation, ease tension and promote deep, restful sleep. With a combination of natural ingredients, this formula helps create the ideal environment for great, recovery filled sleep.

Each 6 capsule serving contains;

1000mg Magnesium Bisglycinate: Magnesium helps regulate GABA & Melatonin (sleep hormone), the easily absorbed bisglycinate form promotes deeper sleep & relaxation.

500mg Lemon Balm Extract (5% Flavonoids): This extract can increase GABA activity, a calming neurotransmitter which can help reduce anxiety & promote relaxation.

350mg Passionflower Extract (10:1): Passionflower can boost GABA levels, which helps calm the nervous system and reduce night-time anxiety.

300mg Reishi Mushroom Extract (10:1): This adaptogenic mushroom can help reduce stress and promote longer, deeper sleep.

300mg L-Theanine: This ingredient helps promote alpha brain waves, associated with relaxed wakefulness. Can calm racing thoughts promoting a better state of calm.

250mg Griffonia Seed (98% 5-HTP – 245mg): The precursor to serotonin which converts to melatonin, supporting the body’s sleep & wake cycle.

120mg Shoden® Ashwagandha (35% Withanolide Glycosides): Shoden® is the highest concentration form of ashwagandha, known to lower cortisol and help chill you out. Can improve restedness upon waking & improve sleep quality.

100mg Apigenin: A natural compound found in chamomile, binds to the GABA receptor, promoting relaxation and known to reduce anxiety & stress, optimising deeper sleep.

20mg Elemental Zinc (as Zinc Bisglycinate): Zinc helps regulate melatonin production and neurotransmitter balance. This form of zinc is chelated and more bioavailable than usual forms used.

15mg Vitamin B6 (P5P): This ingredient is important in the processes of hormone production for serotonin, melatonin & GABA, which will indirectly support sleep & mood.

10mg Bioperine®: This black pepper extract is added to amplify the result this formula gives & ensure absorption of all nutrients.

Suggested use: Take 6 capsules about 30–45 minutes before bed. Please do not exceed daily serving of 6 capsules.
