Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you have 28 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Returns requested after 28 days unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost (if applicable) and return shipping (if we provide a return label) will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at mail@supplementsupply.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll investigate the issue promptly and ensure it’s resolved.
